Not completely satisfied with your product?

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. Returns

Return conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Custom made products CANNOT be exchanged (they are specially made to order) unless there has been a mistake on our part or unless there has been consultation about returning the products.

Do you want to exchange or return a product?

It's quick and easy in three steps:

Step 1: If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Rebootify with all accessories supplied and if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, fill in the return form. Download the return form here

Step 2: Send your order. Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure the package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid misunderstandings. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and if possible in their original packaging to:

The return shipping costs are always at your own expense.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account. As soon as we have received the package, you will be credited with the total order amount including shipping costs within 7 working days, provided that the product has been received in good order. In the case of a return with a part of the order, only the amount of the article in question will be credited excluding shipping costs.
